Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving and keeping records of all incoming and outgoing goods from central stores
Maintaining permanent, expendable and consumable ledgers professionally
Issuing goods to persons and departments at the institute
Preparing LPOS and sending out quotation s
Verifying physical stock taking and clearance from staff and trainees who are leaving the institute
Keeping materials in the right place areas in the manner prescribed
Maintaining general cleanliness and organization in the store
Initiating physical stock taking of all institute departments/offices occasionally
Requirements
Must have a Diploma in Supply chain Management from a recognized examining body
Must have at least 3 years experience in store keeping
Above the age of 25 years of age
Must be computer literate
