Primary Objective


A Van Field Sales Supervisor is responsible for the sale of company products at the sub wholesale and retail channels within a specified territory, ensuring that numeric distribution objectives as well as weighted average and merchandizing recommendations are met.


Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities


Core responsibility to achieve the secondary sales & distribution Target outside open Market (neighborhood stores) by ensuring distribution in allotted territory.
Coverage norm of minimum 25 outlets per day (fortnightly coverage - 6 days market working).
Minimum 18 productive calls per day.
Monitoring Competitor activities and Pricing & reporting to ASM on weekly basis.
Ensure value chain compliance and implementation of inputs /schemes.
Ensuring Proper display and Merchandising of the Product in each outlet.
Daily reporting on Sales & Collections to ASM and weekly reconciliation of Stock and debtors with ASM and KD/WS.


Person Specifications


Minimum 2 years' experience working in an FMCG sales environment.
Minimum of a Bachelor Degree/HND preferred
Excellent interpersonal, and communication (oral and written);
Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team where open, collaborative communication is expected;
Exhibits personal traits of curiosity, modesty, achievement orientation, and conscientiousness;
Team player that is creative, process oriented, and committed
Knowledge and use of Basic MS Office Suites (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Valid driver's license required
